These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia for matters arising from Bali-specific content and operations, and by the laws applicable to the operating entity for matters arising from the Site's hosting and data handling. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; failing that, through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the operating entity's domicile.
