  3. You get a written shortlist within one business day. Each entry with the desk's read on price against our Q3 2026 Price Index, not a broker's headline yield.

Why send it to an editorial desk, not a broker

We are not an agency and we do not sell villas. We are an independent editorial comparison desk — we publish the data brokers won't, and we match buy-side investors to inventory we can verify. That independence is the point: our incentive is a shortlist you trust, not a unit we need to move.
