- How is this different from the free briefing newsletter?
- The Friday briefing is a free weekly editorial email read by hundreds of investors. The 1:1 call is bespoke to your specific question, with editorial preparation time priced into the fee. Different products.
- Can I record the call?
- Yes, but you record. We do not record on our side. The video link is delivered via Google Meet or Zoom; the recording is your responsibility if you want one.
- Can I reschedule?
- Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the slot. Inside 24 hours, rescheduling once is free; further reschedules incur a USD 50 fee per move.
- What if the call doesn't answer my question?
- We refund in full. The editorial team will tell you upfront if the question is outside our scope (e.g., construction management, currency hedging, immigration). We charge for the preparation and the call only when we can deliver value.
- Who attends from the editorial team?
- Oleg Levkovskiy or a senior editor depending on availability and topic. For specific projects, the editor most familiar with that sub-zone or developer.
